Protection of investors

Investors’ protection mechanisms are defined in the Regional Act No. 151-ZS dated October 1, 2004 “On the Investments in the Rostov Region”.

The Institute of the Ombudsmen for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Rostov Region is the additional mechanism for ensuring guarantees of the state protection of rights and legal interests of entrepreneurs.
