The center, which will operate on the principle of "Single Window", is equipped with a comfortable waiting area for consumers, an electronic queue terminal, a ramp for unhindered access of people with disabilities. In the new center, for the convenience of consumers, in addition to the specialists of Gazprom gas distribution Rostov-on-Don, employees of the gas supplying organization will work, which enables subscribers to quickly and qualitatively receive the full range of services from gasification of the household to payment on receipt for consumed gas and WDGD services.
The opening ceremony of the Single Window was attended by the General Director of PJSC Gazprom gas distribution Rostov-on-Don, OOO Gazprom mezhregiongaz Rostov-on-Don Vladimir Revenko and the Head of Administration of Rostov-on-Don Vitaly Kushnaryov.
"By the principle of" Single Window "we will have 27 operators: 10 - in the office on Sholokhov Avenue, five - on the territory of the usual calculating and information center at Voroshilovsky Prospekt, 12 people will work at two more points of reception.
