UnitedInteragency Information Statistical System (EMISS)was developed in the framework of thefederal objectiveprogram "Development of State Statistics of Russia in 2007-2011".

EMISS has status of a state integrated statistical resource. State Statistical integrated resource is , information received  byFederal State Statistics Service authority,the federal authority of state power, authorityof statepower of subjects of Russian Federation, local self-government and government organizations that form the statistics.

Rating agency "RIARating" is created on the basis of the Center for Economic Research "RIA-Analytics"RIA Novosti, which has managed to gain the position of an authoritative source of qualitative analyzes of the situation in Russia and the world economy, the banking sector, the corporate sector and regional finances since January 2011.
