Vasily Golubev: "It is necessary to use more actively allowances for improvement of business climate in municipalities"

During a working trip the head of the region has examined accomplishment of an investing program of upgrade of production at the entity "Shakhty ceramics". Have shown to Vasily Golubev work of the new equipment – the machine of a digital seal on a site of decorative elements and a ceramic tile with drawings which descends from a tape of the modern high-technology conveyor. In 2015 own investments of the company into upgrade have constituted 43,2 million rubles, in 2016 - more than 67,3 million rubles. Acquisition of one more machine of a digital seal, lift trucks for transportation of products, production updating continuation is planned.

The key factors stimulating investment development of the region have discussed at meeting of the government which has taken place in a city administration. Following the results of meeting the governor has given specific instructions. The Ministry of Economic Development of area needs to organize information work among business community about preferential banking products. It is entrusted to Regional Tariff Service and number of the profile ministries to carry out the complex analysis of cost and other conditions of technological accession to networks, and also acting in the region of rates for power supply, water supply and water disposal in comparison with other territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. The administration of Mines shall provide support of the investment projects realized in the territory of the city.

"The investment climate in the Rostov region in general favorable. But there are allowances for development of the territories including here, in Mines. And here a lot of things depend on local authorities. If business feels real support, it will begin to work more effectively and more actively", - Vasily Golubev considers.
