In Rostov will construct a film complex "Park" for 2,5 billion rubles

This summer in the Northern inhabited massif of Rostov on Kosmonavtov Avenue, 19A/28Zh, construction of new shopping mall "Park" which anchor operator will be a 12-screen movie theater will begin. 

The investor of the project – JSC Antratsit. The CEO of the Poisk-Service company Vladimir Alexandrov at a meeting of council for investments reported about it at the head of administration of the city.
The Rostov architect Anatoly Mosin was engaged in development of the sketch, the color scheme was chosen by the first deputy head of administration of Rostov Sergey Kuznetsov. 

The town governor Sergey Gorban approved the project, having noted that its construction has to begin not in the summer, and in May, 2016, and to come to the end – to the 2018 World Cup that foreign guests could visit it. Only under such condition the investor can count on support from administration.
