Construction of new hotels to the 2018 World Cup has to begin in Rostov no later than June, 2016

The first deputy head of administration of the city Sergey Kuznetsov reported about it at meeting with the investors who are carrying out construction of hotels which are planned to commissioning before holding the FIFA World Cup.

Part in discussion was taken by 12 investors, and also the director of the department of economy Svetlana Kambulova, the chief architect of the city – the director of the department of architecture and town planning Yury Dvornikov, the head of department of control of use of Department of the property and land relations Elena Kocherga.

Sergey Kuznetsov noted that both architectural illumination, and modern improvement of the adjacent territory has to be provided in the project of new hotel objects.

Businessmen told about already known investment - projects which were considered on Council for investments of the head of administration of the city. Among them, the 4th stars hotel "Is broken completely" on 83 numbers (Malyugina St., 119) which 1st turn will start functioning in July, 2016, 5 stars Good Luck Sail hotel on 108 numbers (Sedova, 101/7) and the 3rd stars hotel on Bogatyanovsky descent, 31 on 90 numbers will open in 2017.
